Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for overseeing all HR functions to support E DADDY’s growing electric mobility and clean energy operations. This role manages the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding, while ensuring HR policies and procedures are compliant with UAE labor laws. Day-to-day activities include partnering with leadership to identify talent needs, developing HR strategies, managing payroll and benefits in coordination with finance, and maintaining accurate HR records and documentation. The HR Manager will drive initiatives in learning and development, engagement, and retention, including training programs, performance reviews, and organizational culture-building activities. The role also involves handling employee queries, resolving workplace issues, overseeing disciplinary procedures, and supporting change management as the company scales.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, HR compliance, and best practices in workplace policies and procedures.
- Proficiency in HR systems or HRIS platforms, with the ability to maintain accurate employee data and documentation.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
- Proven ability to design and implement training, development, and engagement initiatives that support organizational growth.
- Solid organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, including experience handling confidential information with discretion.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is an advantage.
- Prior experience in fast-growing, technology-driven, or automotive/electric mobility environments is beneficial.
