As SKS continues to expand, we are looking for a strong senior HR professional who can build disciplined people processes, support branch teams and ensure consistent execution across the organisation
Experience Required
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience
- Preferred experience from:
- Hospitals / healthcare organisations
- Pet-care industry
- Retail chains
- Manufacturing / factory environments
- Other multi-location, manpower-intensive organisations
- Experience handling a sizeable workforce and multiple departments will be preferred
Candidate Profile
We are specifically looking for someone who is:
- Strong in Hindi and English communication
- Confident in dealing with employees at different levels
- Good at negotiation and conflict handling
- Capable of managing difficult conversations professionally
- Strong in execution rather than only policy-making
- Very good at follow-up and closure
- Organised, disciplined and process-driven
- Comfortable holding teams accountable
- Able to be firm when required, while remaining fair and professional
- Good at coordinating with multiple branches and departments
- Able to work closely with senior management and convert decisions into action
- Comfortable working in a fast-growing organisation where priorities may move quickly
Remuneration : 10 to 12 LPA or as per industry STD
