Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Sarita Vihar. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and compliance with labor laws and company policies. The Human Resources Manager will develop and implement HR policies, maintain accurate HR documentation, manage payroll inputs and benefits administration, and oversee training and development initiatives to support organizational growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating hiring processes with project teams, resolving employee queries and concerns, supporting managers with workforce planning, and promoting a positive, inclusive work culture. The role also involves partnering with leadership to align HR practices with business goals and ensuring consistent application of HR standards across sites and projects.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in core HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR documentation practices.
- Skills in training and development, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ability to manage payroll inputs, attendance systems, benefits administration, and HR information systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
- Proven organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities to handle multiple projects and priorities.
- Prior experience in construction, interior design, or project-based environments is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are beneficial.
