🚨 We're Hiring — HR Intern 🚨
The Digital Pillar is a fast-growing performance marketing and creative agency based at FC Road, Pune, working with leading restaurants, personal brands, and businesses across branding, content, and performance marketing.
As we grow, we're looking for an HR Intern to take ownership of our hiring process and help us build a strong, systematic team.
📌 Role: HR Intern
📌 Type: Full-Time · On-site
📌 Location: FC Road, Deccan, Pune
What you'll do
- Source and screen candidates across job portals and social media
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Communicate and follow up with candidates
- Maintain candidate databases and hiring trackers
- Support onboarding and HR documentation
What we're looking for
- Pursuing or completed MBA/PGDM in HR (or equivalent)
- Strong communication skills — English, Hindi & Marathi preferred
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Comfortable with MS Office / Google Sheets
- Prior HR or recruitment internship experience is a plus
