I Knowledge Factory (IKF) is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team in Pune!
🏢 Role: HR Intern
📍 Location: Pune (Work From Office)
📅 Duration: 6 Months (Paid)
🗓️ Days: Monday to Friday
What You'll Do
🔹 Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and social media
🔹 Screen resumes and conduct initial screening calls
🔹 Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
🔹 Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
🔹 Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
🔹 Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions
🔹 Support offer letter rollouts, documentation, and onboarding
🔹 Contribute to employer branding and recruitment drives
Who We're Looking For
✅ Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
✅ Strong English and Hindi communication skills
✅ Presentable, professional, and people-oriented
✅ Organized with good attention to detail
✅ Basic proficiency in MS Excel and Google Workspace
✅ Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals is a plus
