We're looking for an aspiring HR professional who wants to go beyond routine HR tasks and gain hands-on exposure to Talent Acquisition, Resource Management, HR Operations & Analytics, and Consulting.
This is a 3–6 month internship designed for someone who is curious, proactive, willing to take ownership, and eager to understand how workforce decisions influence business performance.
📍 Role Details
- Location: Bangalore (On-site)
- Duration: 3–5 Months
- Stipend: Competitive
- Eligibility: MBA – HR / MSW

🔹 What You'll Work On
Talent Acquisition Candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, stakeholder communication, and onboarding support for active roles.
HR Operations HR documentation, employee records, reporting dashboards, trackers, and day-to-day HR process management.
Workforce & Resource Management Resource allocation, skills inventory building, utilisation tracking, capacity planning, and exposure to RMO design and implementation.
HR Consulting & Projects Workforce research, benchmarking, HR analytics, presentation building, and hands-on support for HR transformation engagements.
