Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team in day-to-day operations across various people-related processes. Responsibilities include assisting with personnel records management, supporting onboarding and induction activities, and helping maintain HR documentation and policies. The intern will contribute to employee engagement initiatives, assist in coordinating benefits-related communications, and help with basic HR reporting and data entry. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams and a proactive approach to learning HR best practices in a dynamic startup environment.
Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with a strong interest in building a career in HR.
- Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, and the ability to support related documentation and communication.
- Basic skills in Personnel Management, including maintaining records and handling confidential information responsibly.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, collaborate effectively with teams, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with MS Office or similar productivity tools; familiarity with HR software is a plus.
- Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and a willingness to learn and take initiative.
