RDA Tax Advisory Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team and gain hands-on exposure to core HR functions.
Location: Baner, Pune
Duration: 6 Months
Joining: Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment coordination, candidate communication and interview scheduling
• Employee onboarding and HR documentation
• Maintaining employee records, attendance and leave records
• Supporting day-to-day HR operations and employee engagement activities
• Handling confidential employee information professionally
Who Can Apply:
• MBA/PG students specializing in HR or a related field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Working knowledge of MS Office
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
