Key Responsibilities
- Support in conducting orientation sessions for new hires and facilitating onboarding activities.

- Support HR operations, including maintaining employee records, and managing benefits administration.
- Assist in handling employee relations issues, providing guidance, and resolving conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees and managers to support a positive work environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and leadership to ensure alignment on HR initiatives and objectives.
