Role Description The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, handling onboarding and offboarding processes, and supporting payroll and attendance activities. The role involves implementing HR policies, resolving employee queries, supporting performance management cycles, and assisting in recruitment and selection. The Human Resources Executive will also coordinate training initiatives, ensure compliance with labor laws and company guidelines, and contribute to employee engagement activities. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Itarsi, requiring regular collaboration with management and staff across the facility.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) to oversee core people processes and support organizational objectives.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR Operations to manage documentation, payroll support, compliance activities, and day-to-day administrative HR tasks.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations to address employee concerns, support conflict resolution, and foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR Policies to implement, communicate, and maintain company policies in line with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Knowledge of local labor laws, compliance standards, and HR best practices, preferably in manufacturing or food production environments.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with proficiency in MS Office and HRIS or related HR software.
- Ability to work on-site in Itarsi, manage confidential information responsibly, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
