Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role based in Mumbai. The Human Resources Executive will handle day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment processes, coordinating onboarding, and assisting with payroll and benefits administration. The role will involve managing employee queries, supporting the implementation of HR policies, and helping resolve employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner. The Human Resources Executive will collaborate with management to support performance management, training initiatives, and compliance with labor laws and company standards. The person in this role will also help prepare HR reports and contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support core HR functions.
- Experience in HR Operations, including documentation, HR systems, and basic payroll or benefits coordination.
- Skills in Employee Relations, with the ability to address concerns, support conflict resolution, and promote a positive work environment.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance requirements, and ability to help implement and communicate these policies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills to work with employees at all levels.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, handle sensitive information responsibly, and demonstrate sound judgment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR software or HRIS tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in an HR executive or HR generalist role, preferably within a corporate or industrial environment.
