Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HR Executive role based exclusively in Rajkot, with no relocation option available. The HR Executive will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and onboarding of new team members. Responsibilities include maintaining employee records, handling HR documentation, and supporting payroll inputs and compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. The role involves coordinating performance management processes, supporting training and development initiatives, and assisting in employee engagement activities. The HR Executive will also act as a point of contact for employee queries, helping to ensure a positive and professional workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, and basic payroll support.
- Ability to handle HR documentation, maintain accurate employee records, and support compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with employees at all levels and managing sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR-related software or systems, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in an HR role, preferably in financial services or NBFCs, and a willingness to work on-site in Rajkot.
