Human Resource Executive
Arnifi is looking for a proactive HR Executive with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition (80%) and HR Operations (20%).
Key Responsibility
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing
• Screen, interview, and coordinate hiring processes
• Work closely with hiring managers to close positions
• Manage offer negotiations and joining formalities
• Support onboarding, employee records, attendance, leave, and HR operations
• Assist with employee engagement and HR initiatives
What we are looking for
- 2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment
- Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Startup/fast-paced environment experience is a plus
