We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, payroll coordination, employee records, statutory compliance, and recruitment for construction/project-based roles.
- Manage vendor coordination and vendor management
- Coordinate monthly payroll and attendance
- Manage leave and attendance records
- Handle employee documentation, onboarding and exit formalities
- Ensure compliance with applicable Labour Laws
- Coordinate PF, ESI and Gratuity related activities
- Handle employee queries and HR operations
- Manage recruitment for construction and project-based positions
Candidates must have prior experience hiring for:
- Civil Engineers
- Site Engineers
- Project Managers
- Other construction/site-based profiles
Required skills-
- Strong knowledge of Labour Laws
- Good understanding of PF, ESI & Gratuity
- Payroll coordination
- Leave & attendance management
- Recruitment and employee lifecycle management
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Experience in Construction / Infrastructure industry preferred
Preferred Candidate-
HR professionals with hands-on experience in construction industry recruitment and HR operations will be preferred.
