Role Description The Human Resources Executive role at Nexlance is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, including employee lifecycle processes, onboarding, documentation, and HR administration. The Human Resources Executive will support the implementation of HR policies, handle employee queries, and assist in resolving employee relations matters in a fair and consistent manner. Responsibilities also include coordinating with hiring teams for recruitment activities, maintaining HR records and HRIS data, and preparing regular HR reports and dashboards. The role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance, support organizational initiatives, and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Operations to manage core HR processes effectively.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR Policies and Employee Relations to support policy implementation and foster a constructive workplace environment.
- Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate HR documentation and reports.
- Experience in a similar HR role, preferably within a fast-paced or growth-oriented organization, is beneficial.
