📍 Location: Bangalore
💰 CTC: Up to ₹45 LPA + ESOPs
👨 💼 Experience: 5–12 Years
We're looking for a strategic HR Business Partner to partner with senior business leaders in a high-growth retail/e-commerce environment. The role involves driving organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, performance management, employee engagement, and change initiatives. Candidates should have excellent stakeholder management, strong analytical skills, and the ability to align people strategies with business goals. Experience in startups, e-commerce, retail, or consumer-tech organizations is highly preferred. An MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification in HR is mandatory.
