1. About BAOIAM

As a growing organization, our HR team works across Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, HR Operations, and employee experience.
This internship is designed for candidates who want to understand how real-world recruitment works inside a growing organization while gaining hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, candidate communication, and recruitment tracking.
2. Role Objective
The objective of this internship is to help the intern understand and practically experience the complete recruitment lifecycle.
By the end of three months, the intern should be able to independently understand and execute the basic recruitment process:
Manpower Requirement → Job Description → Sourcing → Screening → Shortlisting → Interview Coordination → Candidate Follow-up → Selection → Offer/Joining Coordination → Recruitment Reporting
This is a learning-focused internship, but the intern will be expected to contribute to actual recruitment activities at BAOIAM.

- Build and maintain candidate pipelines.
- Shortlist candidates based on predefined requirements.
- Maintain accurate candidate information in recruitment trackers.
B. Candidate Sourcing
The intern may be exposed to sourcing through platforms such as:

The focus will be on learning how to identify relevant candidates rather than simply collecting resumes.
C. Resume Screening
The intern will learn to evaluate resumes based on:

Assist the HR/TA team with:

Maintain recruitment data such as:
- Candidates sourced
- Candidates screened
