JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Recruiter with strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment, Sales hiring, and team coordination.
KEY RESONSIBILITES
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Sales and other business requirements.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, etc.
- Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Handle Sales and bulk hiring requirements.
- Manage salary discussions, offer rollout, and pre-joining follow-ups.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
- Coordinate and guide the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and candidate databases.
- Coordinate with Sales/Business teams and hiring managers for manpower requirements.
