Employee Lifecycle
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and offboarding.
- Facilitate induction programs and ensure new hires are integrated seamlessly.
- Administer exit formalities including clearance, visa cancellation, and final settlement.
Visa and Immigration
- Handle UAE visa processing (employment visa, residence visa, renewals, cancellations) in compliance with local labor laws.
- Coordinate with PROs, government authorities, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth visa and immigration processes.
Compliance and Records
- Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors or similar).
- Support GCC operations by ensuring compliance with regional labor laws and HR practices.
Reporting and Employee Support
- Prepare HR reports and dashboards for management review.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
