This opportunity is with our client a leading D2C company based in Bengaluru looking for a HR Leader
HR Head || 9-16 years || D2C || CTC upto 50 Lakhs

We are looking for an experienced HR Leader who can partner closely with the COO and business leadership to build and drive the organisation’s people strategy as it scales.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys building HR frameworks, strengthening culture, Organisation Development and creating scalable people processes from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with the COO and business leadership to develop and execute the overall people strategy
• Own core HR processes including policies, employee lifecycle, HR systems and compliance
• Build scalable HR processes aligned with the organisation’s growth journey
• Identify culture and engagement gaps and independently drive corrective initiatives
• Build and institutionalise a strong organisational culture
• Develop employee engagement frameworks and communication mechanisms
• Design and implement a structured Performance Management System (PMS) from scratch
• Establish KRAs, KPIs, goal-setting frameworks and performance review cycles
• Partner with managers to strengthen performance management capabilities
• Drive organisational restructuring and change-management initiatives
• Build frameworks for performance improvement, promotions, career progression and succession planning
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has strong experience in HR leadership / People & Culture
- Has experience building HR processes and systems from the ground up
- Is comfortable working closely with founders / CXOs and business leaders
- Has strong expertise in PMS, culture, employee engagement and organisational development
- Is a strategic thinker who is equally comfortable being hands-on
