Description
The HR Administrator provides day-to-day local facilities management, supports event management and HR administrative support for employees across the APAC region.
Key Responsibilities
HR Administration
· Maintain accurate employee records and HR information systems (HRIS).
· Prepare employment contracts, contract amendments, confirmation letters, and other HR documentation.
· Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities.
· Manage employee files and ensure document retention complies with local regulations and company standards.
· Track employee probation periods, contract renewals, and mandatory compliance training.
· Support payroll administration by providing accurate employee data and checking payroll reports.
· Respond to employee HR-related queries in a timely and professional manner.
· Create employee documents including contracts, letters and references.
· Benefits admin management and providing guidance and advice to employees on benefits as needed.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for employees on HR-related queries, providing timely, accurate, and professional guidance on policies, processes, benefits, employee lifecycle matters, and HR systems.
· Support regional HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Facilities
· Serve as the first point of contact for any office management responsibility which includes:
o Office access
o Wework credit management
o Office supplies
o Visitor management
o Ensuring office ways of working and guidelines are communicated to employees
o Providing facilities data to sustainability as needed
Travel Management
· Oversee the travel management system ensuring policy and controls are adhered to and escalating where necessary.
· Supporting employees and visitors when they visit India with documents and guidance.
· Ad-hoc travel and business travel support.
Event management
· Support local organising celebrations, team events and engagement activities including communication to employees and budget management.
Qualifications
· 2+ years of Executive/HR administration experience.
· Clear verbal and written communication. Professional and confident communication style.
· Good time management, can prioitise and meet deadlines.
· Competence with office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), scheduling tools, and increasingly AI platforms for drafting, research, and workflow automation.
· Experience working in an international or multinational company preferred.
· Strong administrative and organizational skills.
· High level of discretion and confidentiality.
