Role Purpose
- Act as the enterprise architect and technical implementation lead for the Group HR technology suite. This role translates theworkflows created by the Process Excellence team into stable, highly integrated digital configurations across all companies, minimizing manual handoffs and eliminating localized legacy tech silos

Key Responsibilities
- HR Technology Blueprint & Consolidation: Analyse the current fragmented HRIS applications across the companies. Collaboratewith IT vendor partners to design an integrated HR Tech ecosystem, outlining data models, integration layers, and system rationalization plans.
- Functional Requirement Translation: Convert finalized business process blueprints into clear technical requirement documents (BRDs/FRDs). Conduct configuration reviews to ensure platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, ) map accurately to Group policies.
- Integration & Middleware Architecture: Govern the integration touchpoints between the primary HRIS and ancillary systems (suchas localized manufacturing time-and-attendance clocks, complex EPC contractor management portals, Group ERPs/Finance ledgers).
- Automation & Hyper-automation Pipeline: Identify and execute opportunities for automation (e.g., RPA bots for bulk data replication, Conversational AI/Chatbots for tier-1 employee support query resolution, automated trigger notifications across systems).
- Vendor and Release Governance: Manage SaaS vendor product lifecycles, service level agreements (SLAs), platform updates, and patch rollouts. Coordinate with external consultants and system integrators (SIs) during implementation phases to ensure custom extensions do not disrupt core configurations.
Key Deliverables
- Group HR Systems Integration Topology and Data Flow Architecture Document.
- Functional Configuration Blueprints and Signed-off User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Scripts.
- Automation Strategy Blueprint (RPA, Chatbots, Self-Service Portals)
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Digital Adoption Rate (DAR): % of total employee base actively utilizing self-service channels (ESS) for HR actions.
- System Integration Interoperability: % reduction in manual data-entry handoffs across disparate company software platforms.
- UAT Pass Rate: % of system features passing user testing loops on the first run.
- System Configuration and up Timeline Adherence: On-time deployment of system upgrades and functional modules across all business sites
Qualifications & Experience
- B.Tech/B.E./MCA,
- MBA from a premium Bschool (Tier 1)
- Certifications(desired): Certified Administrator/Consultant on a major SAP-Success Factor platform (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, Darwinbox)
- Experience: 3-6 years in the HR–Technology intersection; led at least one full-lifecycle, multi-module HRIS rollouts across multi-location, diverse business verticals
