Role Description This full-time on-site HR Manager role is based in Ludhiana. The HR Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement. Daily responsibilities include managing HR policies and procedures, handling employee relations, supporting training and development initiatives, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards. The role also involves maintaining accurate HR documentation, collaborating with leadership on workforce planning, and contributing to a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with the company’s values.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes.
- Candidates should possess skills in performance management, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR policy development, HR operations, and compliance with labor regulations.
- Candidates should possess skills in conflict resolution, employee relations, and effective communication.
- Relevant experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role, preferably in advertising, media, or related industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Ludhiana, manage multiple priorities, and use HR software and MS Office efficiently.
