Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot, responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations and supporting a growing technology team. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing recruitment and onboarding, developing and implementing HR policies, and handling performance management processes. The role involves coordinating employee engagement initiatives, managing employee relations and conflict resolution, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards. The Human Resources Manager will work closely with leadership to support workforce planning, compensation and benefits administration, and training and development programs. This role also contributes to building a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture aligned with the company’s mission and values.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes for technical and non-technical roles.
- Experience in performance management, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, compliance practices, and HR documentation.
- Proficiency in conflict resolution, employee relations, and grievance handling.
- Ability to design and coordinate training, development, and career progression programs.
- Familiarity with HRIS/HRMS tools and basic data analysis for HR reporting and decision-making.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role, preferably in IT or software development organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
