About the Role
We are looking for a highly disciplined, proactive, and people-oriented HR Manager to lead all Human Resources and Administration activities for Incomlend's India operations. This role serves as the primary HR representative for our Gurgaon office while working closely with the Group Head of HR to ensure consistent implementation of global HR standards, policies, and best practices.
The ideal candidate is a well-rounded HR Generalist who combines strong operational execution with excellent interpersonal skills, balancing firmness with empathy while fostering a positive and high-performance workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Lead the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, learning & development, and offboarding.
- Manage India's compensation and benefits administration and payroll coordination.
- Support workforce planning and hiring initiatives in partnership with business leaders and the Singapore HQ HR.
- Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Drive HR operational excellence through continuous process improvements and accurate HR documentation.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations, performance matters, and people management.
- Coordinate training programmes and learning initiatives to support employee development.
- Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and HRIS data.
Administration
- Oversee day-to-day office administration to ensure a safe, efficient, and professional workplace.
- Manage office facilities, vendors, procurement, travel arrangements, and general administrative services.
- Support office expansion, workspace planning, and employee welfare initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with office health, safety, and security requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive HR Generalist experience, preferably within a fast-paced multinational or high-growth organisation.
- Proven experience in Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, Learning & Development, and HR Operations.
- Strong understanding of Indian employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, communication, and stakeholder management.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Professional in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
