About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and responsible HR Executive / HR Manager to join our growing team at Vellaxy Tech Pvt. Ltd.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee coordination, attendance, onboarding and maintaining a positive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring
* Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, references and other channels
* Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews
* Coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups
* Manage employee joining and onboarding process
* Maintain employee records and HR documentation
* Track attendance, leaves and employee information
* Coordinate with team members regarding HR-related requirements
* Support employee engagement and team activities
* Handle day-to-day employee queries and concerns
* Assist in implementing company HR policies and processes
* Prepare regular HR reports and updates for management
* Coordinate with management for manpower planning and hiring requirements
Requirements
* 1–3 years of experience in HR / Recruitment / HR Operations
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills
* Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
* Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements
* Strong follow-up and coordination skills
* Positive attitude and professional approach
* Ability to work independently as well as with a team
