Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and candidate screening
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interviews
- Handle employee onboarding and HR documentation
- Maintain attendance, leave and employee records
- Support day-to-day HR operations
- Assist with employee communication and engagement
Requirements
- 1–2 years of HR/recruitment experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and follow-up skills
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
