Bankers Group of Hospitals is seeking a visionary, growth-minded leader to step into the dual role of Hospital Unit Head & Chief Operating Officer (COO) for one of our premier hospital facilities.
In this senior executive capacity, you will hold total operational and strategic oversight—driving bottom-line performance, maintaining world-class clinical standards, and shaping the future trajectory of the unit. Key Executive Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & P&L Ownership: Act as the operational head with complete P&L responsibility. Define growth targets, manage capital expenditure, and drive cross-departmental efficiency to optimize margins.
Operations & Business Growth: Expand clinical service offerings, increase bed occupancy, build strategic partnerships, and cultivate strong physician relationships to drive sustainable revenue growth.
NABH Compliance & Quality Governance: Direct and maintain strict compliance with NABH accreditation protocols, ensuring continuous audit readiness, patient safety, and clinical governance.
Cross-Functional Execution: Oversee daily hospital workflows across medical administration, nursing, patient relations, supply chain, finance, and facility operations to ensure high service standards.
Talent & Culture Leadership: Mentor senior department heads, retain top clinical talent, and foster a high-performance culture aligned with the group’s patient-first ethos.
Mandatory Requirements
Experience: A minimum of 10+ years of progressive executive experience in hospital management/operations, with a proven track record as an operational head or COO in a multi-specialty hospital.
NABH Expertise: Mandatory, extensive background in leading NABH implementation, audits, and compliance cycles.
Education: Master’s in Hospital Administration (MHA), MBA in Healthcare Management, or equivalent executive qualification. A clinical degree (MBBS/BAMS/BHMS) combined with operational credentials is a strong advantage.
