Role Description The Homoeopathic Repertory Researcher is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagercoil. This role involves researching classical and contemporary homoeopathic literature, analyzing repertories and materia medica, and validating symptom rubrics and remedy relationships for use within the HelloHomeo platform. The researcher will structure and update repertory databases, collaborate with software and product teams to ensure clinical accuracy, and contribute to building evidence-informed repertorization tools. Daily responsibilities include preparing concise research summaries, creating standardized clinical references, reviewing user feedback from practitioners, and supporting the development of new features related to case taking and repertorization. The role also includes maintaining documentation, participating in internal review meetings, and helping ensure that the software remains aligned with homoeopathic principles and practical clinical workflows.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in homoeopathic principles, repertory use, and materia medica, preferably with a BHMS or equivalent homoeopathic qualification.
- Experience in clinical homoeopathic practice or academic homoeopathy, with the ability to interpret cases and repertorize accurately.
- Research skills, including literature review, data organization, and critical analysis of homoeopathic texts and clinical evidence.
- Competence with digital tools and medical software; comfort working with databases, EMR systems, or clinical decision-support tools.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for preparing reference materials, guidelines, and internal documentation.
- Attention to detail, systematic work habits, and ability to maintain high standards of clinical and data accuracy.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams including clinicians, product designers, and software developers.
- Willingness to work on-site in Nagercoil and engage directly with practitioners and internal stakeholders for ongoing feedback and improvement.
