We’re Hiring | Home & Lifestyle Sales Consultant – ICHKAN, Gurgaon
ICHKAN is looking for a confident, well-spoken and sales-driven Home & Lifestyle Sales Consultant to join our Gurgaon store.
This is a customer-facing sales role for someone who enjoys interacting with people, understands premium products, and is comfortable actively following up with customers to close sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Attend to walk-in customers and understand their requirements
• Recommend suitable tableware, home décor and gifting products
• Actively work towards achieving monthly sales targets
• Make sales calls to existing and prospective customers
• Follow up on store enquiries, leads and past customers through calls and WhatsApp
• Build long-term relationships with customers and encourage repeat business
• Convert enquiries and leads into sales
• Maintain customer records and follow-up schedules
• Support promotional campaigns, new launches and customer outreach
• Ensure products are presented beautifully and the overall store experience remains premium
Who are we looking for?
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident and comfortable with calling and customer follow-ups
• Highly sales-oriented and motivated by targets
• Presentable, energetic and proactive
• Good at building relationships and closing sales
• Interest in home décor, tableware, interiors or lifestyle products
• Previous experience in sales, luxury retail, home décor, furniture, jewellery, fashion or lifestyle products is preferred
📍 Location: Gurgaon
💼 Position: Full-time
💰 Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month
