for a motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team and help bring our AI-driven
marketing solutions to businesses across India and beyond.
Role Overview
We're seeking an energetic, well-spoken Sales Executive to drive new business, build client
relationships, and support revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone early in their sales
career who is confident on the phone, comfortable meeting prospective clients, and fluent
across Malayalam, English, and Hindi to serve our diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities
● Identify and reach out to prospective clients through cold calls, and emails.
● Understand client business needs and present Leadmetrics' digital marketing
solutions effectively
● Schedule and conduct product demos/presentations for prospective clients
● Follow up consistently on leads and nurture them through the sales pipeline
● Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and pricing information
● Negotiate terms and close deals in coordination with the Business Development
Manager
● Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and deal status in the
CRM/dashboard
● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to support upselling and renewals
● Collaborate with the marketing and delivery teams to ensure smooth client
onboarding
● Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in any discipline
● 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or a similar
client-facing role (freshers with strong communication skills and internship
experience may also be considered)
