🚨 WE ARE HIRING - DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST
📢 1 OPEN POSITION
Digital Marketing Specialist - 01 Position
Experience: 2 - 4 Years
Employment: Full - Time | Permanent
💼 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage digital lead generation & customer engagement campaigns for the GCC market
• Generate qualified B2B leads through paid & organic digital channels
• Develop campaigns across social media, email marketing, website, webinars & other online channels
• Create targeted campaigns for Autodesk, Adobe, Chaos, Trimble SketchUp, Bluebeam & Oracle
• Work closely with the Telecalling & Sales teams to generate relevant calling opportunities
• Support lead nurturing, lead qualification & conversion from marketing-generated leads
• Develop social media content, emailers, blogs, case studies, webinars & product promotions
• Manage social media presence and maintain a structured content calendar
• Monitor website traffic, lead sources, campaign performance & conversions
• Track marketing leads and provide campaign intelligence to Telecalling, Sales & Customer Success teams
• Coordinate with vendor marketing teams and internal stakeholders for campaigns and customer engagement activities
⭐ KEY SKILLS
• Experience in Digital Marketing / B2B Marketing / Lead Generation / Campaign Management
• Hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics/GA4 & SEO
• Strong knowledge of Social Media, Email Marketing & Content Marketing
• Strong copywriting, communication & analytical skills
• Experience in Lead Nurturing, Marketing Analytics & Conversion Optimization
• Ability to work closely with Telecalling / Inside Sales / Sales teams
• Knowledge of CRM / Marketing Automation platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho or similar
• Experience in B2B SaaS / Software Licensing / IT Services / Engineering Software / AEC Marketing is preferred
• Experience with UAE/GCC customers is an added advantage
• Basic knowledge of Canva / Adobe Creative Cloud is preferred
• Arabic / GCC-relevant language is an advantage
🎓 EDUCATION
Any Graduate / BBA / B.Com / BCA / Engineering / Diploma or equivalent relevant experience
📍 JOB DETAILS
Work Location: DLF IT Park, Manapakkam, Chennai - 600089
Work Mode: Work From Office
Working Hours: General Shift with overlap into UAE business hours
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Week Off: Saturday & Sunday
Joining: Immediate / Within 15 Days preferred

📋 RECRUITMENT PROCESS
