Digital Marketing Specialist

Roles:
We are looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to strengthen INOCYX’s digital presence through organic content, SEO, and integrated marketing campaigns.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute organic social media strategies across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, and other relevant platforms.
- Create engaging social media content, reels, scripts, captions, and campaign creatives.
- Identify trends, develop strong content hooks, and improve organic reach and engagement.
- Plan and execute SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page, technical, and off-page SEO.
- Develop SEO-focused blog and website content strategies to improve organic visibility.
- Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across relevant platforms.
- Track campaign performance, website traffic, leads, engagement, and conversions.
- Analyze marketing data and provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
- Coordinate with creative, content, development, and other teams for campaign execution.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform changes, SEO updates, and emerging opportunities.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in organic social media content creation and strategy.
- Good understanding of SEO and search engine optimization techniques.
- Hands-on experience in digital campaign management and performance tracking.
- Strong copywriting, content planning, and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data.
- Knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and similar platforms is preferred.
Prefered
- Experience in FinTech, Crypto, Web3, Finance, or Technology is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of current social media trends and digital growth strategies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
