We're looking for a Sales Closer to join our team and take ownership of the sales conversation from the first call through enrollment.
What You'll Do- Speak with qualified prospects and understand their goals and requirements.
- Conduct structured sales calls and present the right Elevates program.
- Handle objections and questions with confidence and professionalism.
- Follow up with interested prospects and move opportunities toward closure.
- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Work toward monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
- Participate in call reviews, training, and ongoing sales improvement.
What We're Looking For- Atleast 1 year of experience in sales closing in B2C Coaching offer
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Comfortable handling sales calls independently.
- Good understanding of objection handling and closing techniques.
- Strong follow-up discipline and ownership.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
- Experience selling education, coaching, consulting, training, or other high-value services is a plus.
💰 Compensation- 10% commission on Cash Collection.
- First 2 months: Performance-based probation.
- Based on performance during the probation period, a fixed monthly base of ₹10,000–₹15,000 will be added, while the 10% commission continues.
- Commissions will be settled within 48 hrs.
- Strong performers have the opportunity to grow their earnings with their sales performance.
