Job Description
Job Title: Operations Executive
Location: Bhavnagar

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct fact-finding to understand customer requirements and support generation of insurance quotations.
- Follow up with customers and insurers for quotations, endorsements, and policy issuance.
- Process insurance transactions including new business, renewals, cancellations, and payments.
- Coordinate with internal teams and insurers to ensure timely and accurate policy servicing.
- Contact customer leads, understand their requirements, and suggest suitable insurance solutions.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and service requests professionally.
- Ensure proper documentation and maintain accurate records as per process requirements.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years of experience in insurance operations (broking background preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with a positive approach.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines.
