Role Description
The High School Teacher will design and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum and learning objectives. Daily responsibilities include planning lessons, teaching high school classes, assessing student performance, providing feedback, and maintaining accurate records of student progress. The teacher will create an inclusive, disciplined, and motivating classroom environment, support students’ individual learning needs, and communicate regularly with parents and school leadership. The role also involves participating in school meetings, examinations, and co-curricular activities as required. This is a full-time, on-site role based in BALOTRA.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Education skills, with experience in high school classroom instruction.
- Candidates should possess subject-specific expertise, particularly in Physics, and be able to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Candidates should possess effective Lesson Planning skills, including the ability to align lessons with curriculum standards and learning outcomes.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for interacting with students, guardians, and colleagues in a professional manner.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed or equivalent).
- Ability to manage classrooms, support diverse learning needs, and use basic educational technology.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a commitment to student welfare and academic excellence.
- Prior experience teaching high school students is preferred.
