Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Healthcare Recruiter with prior experience in recruiting doctors or healthcare professionals.
The role involves independently managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and joining.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of healthcare recruitment, be comfortable speaking with senior doctors and hospital stakeholders, and have the ability to manage multiple active requirements simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for specialist doctors and other healthcare professionals
- Source and headhunt candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, databases, referrals, and direct outreach
- Screen candidates based on qualifications, experience, location preferences, salary expectations, and availability
- Conduct initial candidate discussions and assess suitability for specific roles
- Coordinate interviews between doctors and hospital or healthcare clients
- Manage salary discussions, offer negotiations, documentation, and joining coordination
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of doctors across multiple specialties and locations
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in recruiting doctors, healthcare staffing, or healthcare recruitment
- Prior experience handling doctor hiring is strongly preferred
- Good understanding of medical specialties, qualifications such as MD, MS, DNB, DM, MCh, and MBBS, and healthcare roles
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills
- Experience using LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, databases, and other recruitment platforms
- Ability to work full-time from our Ghaziabad office
