📍 Location: Alembic City, Vadodara, Gujarat

🌙 Shift: Night Shift | Aligned with US Time Zones
📅 Monday – Friday
Required Qualifications:
🔹 US Recruiter – Healthcare/Pharma
- 0–3 years of experience — Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Interest or experience in US Healthcare, Pharma Recruitment, or US Staffing is preferred.
- Ability to source, screen, and coordinate with candidates for US-based opportunities.
- Comfortable working in a night shift aligned with US business hours.
🔹 Account Executive – Client Relations & Business Development
We are looking for someone who can help us build and maintain client relationships and contribute to new business development for the company.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Previous experience as an Account Executive / Client Relationship / Business Development professional, OR
- 1+ year of recruitment experience with excellent communication skills and an interest in moving into client-facing/business development responsibilities.
- Strong client communication, relationship management, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Ability to maintain strong relationships with existing clients and understand their staffing/business requirements.
- Confident communication skills and a professional approach when interacting with clients and prospects.
