About Dimaak Tours
Dimaak Tours is an international travel company based in Chennai and Bangalore, designing customised and group tour packages for Indian travellers across Thailand, Bali, Vietnam, Singapore, the Maldives, Sri Lanka, and Europe. We built the brand around Tamil-speaking travellers, many planning their first international trip, and have since extended to the NRI diaspora in the US, UK, and Canada, powered by a content-led acquisition engine of Meta Ads, Tamil-language social content, and influencer partnerships.
Why this role exists
Dimaak Tours has solved demand. We generate thousands of qualified travel enquiries every month through Meta Ads, organic content, and a growing NRI audience.
What we need now is someone who can convert that volume with discipline, and build the sales organisation that keeps up as it grows.
Your mandate
1. Hit the revenue number, monthly and annually, and protect margin while doing it.
2. Raise conversion at every stage of the funnel, not just the last one.
3. Build travel consultants who can sell a ₹2 lakh international package with confidence.
4. Make the sales function predictable enough that we can forecast it and plan hiring against it.
What the job actually looks like
Owning the funnel end to end
• Set stage-wise conversion benchmarks and review them weekly, not monthly.
• Fix the telecaller to travel planner handoff so qualified leads do not go cold in transit.
• Sit with marketing on lead quality and cost per lead, and tell them honestly what is converting and what is noise.
• Know the numbers before the dashboard shows them.
Building the sales team
• Lead the sales pods and their consultants, setting targets each pod lead can actually defend.
• Run structured weekly one-on-ones. Close performance gaps in week two, not at month end.
• Own hiring, onboarding, and ramp time for new consultants.
• Build the sales playbook: pitch structures, objection handling, follow-up cadence, and pricing conversations.
Salary:₹18 LPA fixed plus performance incentives
