Position: Head – Talent Acquisition
Industry: Retail Pharmacy Chain
Location: Kolkata
CTC Offered: 10 LPA-12 LPA
Experience: 5+ Years (preferably in Pharmacy)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end Talent Acquisition function across corporate, clinical, and operational hiring.
- Develop recruitment strategies and ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Manage manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer rollout, and onboarding.
- Build talent pipelines through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and campus hiring.
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure quality recruitment.
- Track recruitment KPIs, maintain hiring MIS, and drive process improvements.
- Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition team while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
Requirements:
- Graduation is a must.
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with leadership experience preferred.
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, and vendor management.
- Hands-on experience with ATS/HRMS, LinkedIn, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
