About Us:
Solinas, a deep-tech startup incubated at IIT Madras, is India’s pioneering asset management venture
transforming the water and sanitation sector. Recognized and commended by Prime Minister Narendra

commitment to developing homegrown, affordable robotics and AI solutions for pipeline inspections,
manhole and septic tank cleaning, and underground asset management.
Since 2018, we have transformed operations across 30+ cities, earning accolades such as Best On-
Campus Startup by the Economic Times, an appearance on Shark Tank India, and partnerships with
industry leaders like Ashirvad Pipes and The/Nudge Institute. On the global stage, Solinas has been
named Best Southeast Asian Startup by Imagine H2O — a testament to our innovation, impact, and
purpose-driven growth
About the role:
Solinas Integrity has successfully deployed its technologies across the Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene
(WASH) sector in more than 30 cities across India. Our products and solutions have demonstrated strong
market adoption, and strategic partnerships play a critical role in accelerating growth, expanding market
access, and driving ecosystem impact. This role has been created to lead and scale these efforts.
We are looking for a seasoned partnerships leader to build, own, and scale one of Solinas' most strategic
and commercially important functions—partnerships, ecosystem engagement, and stakeholder
management. This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role that sits at the intersection of business
development, strategic alliances, and market expansion.
This role carries direct revenue responsibility and ownership of partnership-driven business outcomes.
You will manage the complete partnership lifecycle—from identifying opportunities and originating
partnerships to structuring engagements, driving execution, and securing renewals. The role reports
directly to the CEO and offers the opportunity to shape a key growth engine for the company.
Key Responsibilities
1. Corporate & institutional partnerships
a. Build and deepen strategic relationships with large corporations, industry bodies, and
government entities across the water and urban infrastructure landscape to expand
Solinas’ footprint and revenue base.
b. Partner with EPC companies to co-develop and orchestrate large-scale infrastructure
projects — embedding Solinas' technology as the innovation layer within complex, high-
value water and sanitation project delivery.
c. Manage the full partnership lifecycle: prospecting, structuring, negotiation, agreement
closure, renewals, and account expansion.
d. Lead the structuring and closure of high-value agreements — tenders, B2B2G accounts,
MoUs, and CSR partnerships — working in close coordination with the operations and
commercial teams.
e. Structure and close partnership agreements — including tenders, B2B2G accounts, and
MoUs — collaborating closely with operations and commercial teams.
2. Startup & innovation ecosystem
a. Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with startups, academic institutions, and
technology partners in high-potential areas — NRW reduction, IoT sensors, hydraulic
modelling, and beyond.
b. Scout and engage co-innovation opportunities that can be packaged as joint solutions
for government and industrial buyers.
c. Represent Solinas across accelerators, incubators, and government-backed innovation
programmes to keep the company visible and connected within the startup ecosystem.
3. Stakeholder community building
a. Build and nurture a strong ecosystem of stakeholders — including investors, NGOs,
MNCs, think tanks, government ministries, and startups — focused on Water, WASH,
Climate, and Urban Resilience.
b. Develop and execute a community strategy through content, industry convenings, and
strategic collaborations to position Solinas as the most credible and connected player in
the Indian water-tech ecosystem.
c. Establish and deepen strategic relationships with key ecosystem stakeholders to drive
partnerships, policy engagement, and market access opportunities.
d. Create structured pipelines to convert community engagement and ecosystem
partnerships into commercial opportunities and long-term business growth.
4. Team leadership
a. Manage and mentor a small partnerships team, setting clear goals, processes, and KPIs
to ensure consistent delivery and growth.
