🚨 WE’RE HIRING | DESIGN HEAD – INTERIOR DESIGN 🚨
📍 Location: Pune
💰 Salary: ₹1,00,000 – ₹1,25,000 per month

💼 Experience: 8–12+ Years
We are looking for an experienced and creative Design Head to lead our interior design function and drive projects from concept to execution.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a design team of 15–20 designers
• Drive the creative vision, design standards, and overall design strategy
• Review and approve design concepts, layouts, working drawings, and presentations
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets
• Handle high-volume, high-value residential and/or commercial projects
• Conduct regular site visits and oversee material selections
• Ensure smooth coordination between design, execution, and vendor teams
• Create SOPs, processes, and standard design libraries for faster execution
• Mentor and develop the design team to improve creativity and productivity
• Manage client presentations and resolve design-related challenges
• Stay updated with new design trends, materials, and technologies
• Travel to Mumbai and Hyderabad as required
🔹 Requirements:
✔️ Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
✔️ 8–12+ years of relevant interior design experience
✔️ Minimum 3–5 years in a Design Leadership/Managerial role
✔️ Proven experience managing 15–20 designers
✔️ Strong knowledge of space planning, materials, drawings, and execution
✔️ Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max or similar tools
✔️ Strong client management and presentation skills
✔️ Good communication and leadership abilities
✔️ System-oriented approach with experience in ERP, MIS, and process management
✔️ Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills
✔️ Candidates should demonstrate their actual design thought process and problem-solving approach, not solely rely on AI-generated outputs
