Role Description The 3D Visualizer is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City. The role involves creating detailed, photorealistic 3D interior and exterior renderings, 360° visuals, and walkthroughs aligned with architectural and design concepts. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting design briefs, modeling and texturing environments, setting up lighting and camera angles, and refining graphics for client presentations. The 3D Visualizer will collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and project managers to incorporate feedback, maintain consistency with project specifications, and meet delivery timelines. The role also includes optimizing scenes for performance and quality, maintaining asset libraries, and staying current with industry tools and visualization trends.
Qualifications
- Strong visualization skills with the ability to translate architectural and interior design concepts into high-quality 3D renders.
- Proficiency in graphics and graphic design for creating visually compelling compositions and presentation materials.
- Knowledge of lighting techniques for realistic illumination, shadows, and mood in 3D scenes.
- Solid drawing and sketching abilities to quickly communicate ideas and design variations.
- Hands-on experience with 3D visualization software (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender), rendering engines (e.g., V-Ray, Corona, Lumion), and image editing tools (e.g., Photoshop).
- Attention to detail, strong aesthetic sense, and ability to work within deadlines on multiple projects.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary design teams.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field; prior studio or agency experience in 3D visualization is an advantage.
