About the Role
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and skilled Interior Designer / Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in commercial office interiors, from concept development to execution.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop premium commercial office interiors
- Prepare space planning, layouts, working drawings & BOQs
- Create 2D drawings and 3D visualizations
- Develop concepts, mood boards & material palettes
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors & consultants
- Conduct site visits, measurements & execution inspections
- Monitor project timelines, quality & budgets
- Select furniture, lighting, finishes, colors & décor
- Resolve site-related design issues
- Maintain project documentation and progress reports
🛠️ Required Skills
- 1+ year experience in Interior Design / Architecture
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, V-Ray, Lumion, Photoshop & MS Office
- Strong knowledge of commercial office planning & execution
- Understanding of materials, furniture, lighting & construction details
- Good communication, presentation & client-handling skills
- Strong project coordination and problem-solving abilities
⭐ Preferred
- Experience in corporate/commercial office interior projects
- BOQ & estimation knowledge
- Strong portfolio showcasing commercial interior projects
