Hiring: Design Head | Pune
Experience: 8–12+ Years
Salary: ₹1.00 – ₹1.45 Lakh per Month
Industry: Interior Design / Architecture
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 15–20 designers
- Drive creative vision, design quality & project delivery
- Handle multiple high-value residential/commercial projects
- Conduct client meetings, site visits & material selections
- Develop SOPs, processes & standard design libraries
- Coordinate with execution and vendor teams
- Ensure timely delivery, quality & budget adherence
Requirements:
- 8–12+ years of Interior Design experience
- 3–5+ years in a leadership/managerial role
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max or similar tools
- Experience in high-value projects and volume-based design work
- Strong communication & team management skills
- System-oriented with ERP/MIS exposure
- Willingness to travel to Mumbai & Hyderabad
