With a dedication to staying ahead of industry trends, we deliver exceptional results customised to meet the individual needs of each client.
About the Role:
We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Senior Manager – Outbound GTM & Partnerships to drive pipeline growth, build strategic partnerships, and scale outbound GTM initiatives for Pixelo Digital and Prospectoo, our B2B GTM intelligence platform.
This role combines outbound strategy, business development, GTM automation, and revenue ownership. You will work closely with leadership, sales, marketing, and product teams to build scalable outbound systems, identify new growth opportunities, and develop partnerships that drive measurable business outcomes.
The ideal candidate has strong B2B SaaS experience, a data-driven mindset, and hands-on expertise in outbound automation, multi-channel prospecting, and partnership-led growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute outbound GTM strategies aligned with business objectives, target markets, and revenue goals.
- Define ideal customer profiles (ICPs), buyer personas, and target accounts to build focused, high-converting outbound campaigns across cold email, LinkedIn, calling, and other relevant channels.
- Own outbound pipeline generation, establish performance targets, and track qualified leads, meetings, SQLs, opportunity creation, and revenue contribution.
- Build and optimise automated GTM workflows for lead sourcing, enrichment, segmentation, scoring, routing, and campaign execution.
- Leverage AI-powered tools and platforms such as Clay, n8n, Make.com, and Zapier to improve prospecting efficiency, personalisation, and campaign scalability.
- Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with SaaS companies, technology providers, agencies, and channel partners to unlock new business opportunities.
- Develop partnership-led GTM initiatives, including referral programs, co-marketing, channel partnerships, and joint outbound campaigns.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and account intelligence to identify new markets, customer segments, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales, SDR, marketing, product, and engineering teams to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse GTM metrics, and implement improvements to optimise conversion rates and return on investment.
- Build reporting frameworks, forecast pipeline performance, and present actionable insights and growth recommendations to leadership.
- Establish repeatable GTM processes, mentor team members where applicable, and drive continuous improvement across outbound and partnership initiatives.
Key Tools You’ll Work With
- Automation & Workflow Builders: Clay, n8n, Make.com, Zapier, Phantombuster.
- Enrichment & Prospecting Tools: Apollo, Lusha, Hunter, Dropcontact, People Data Labs, BuiltWith, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- CRMs & Outreach Platforms: HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Smartlead, Instantly, Prospectoo.
Qualifications:

- 7–10 years of experience in B2B SaaS, outbound GTM, demand generation, sales development, or business development.
- Proven track record of developing outbound strategies that generate qualified pipeline and contribute to revenue growth.
- Strong hands-on experience with GTM automation, data enrichment, prospecting, and sales engagement tools.
- Experience developing and managing strategic partnerships, channel relationships, or partnership-led growth initiatives.
- Strong understanding of ICP segmentation, multi-channel prospecting, sales funnels, pipeline forecasting, and GTM performance metrics.
- Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives, work cross-functionally, and balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
