WE ARE HIRING: HEAD OF FINANCE
📍 Location: Chennai, India
💰 Salary Budget: ₹25 - ₹30 LPA
🏢 Experience: 15+ Years
Must have experience working in Manufacturing industry.
Must have SAP HANA proficiency

Candidates must either:
✔️ Have their permanent residence in Chennai, OR
✔️ Be willing to stay in Chennai permanently along with their family.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
📊 Lead financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
⚖️ Ensure complete regulatory compliance, risk management, and quality control over financial reporting.
📈 Conduct advanced financial analyses & modeling to simulate growth scenarios.
🏛️ Oversee budgeting processes and prepare timely monthly financial statements.
🤝 Collaborate directly with executive management to drive financial strategies.
🔑 Key Qualifications:
🎓 Bachelor’s/MBA in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
💼 15+ years of experience in financial management (leadership background required).
💼 Must have experience of working in Manufacturing industry.
🖥️ High proficiency in SAP HANA, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
🧠 Strong analytical, leadership, critical thinking, and communication skills.
