🚨 We're Hiring | Head of Collections / Collections Lead 🚨
Bridge – A Padmalaya Company is looking for an experienced Head of Collections / Collections Lead to lead and transform our end-to-end collections function.

📍 Location: Delhi (On-site)
🏢 Industry: NBFC / FinTech / Digital Lending (Short-Term Personal Loans)
💼 Experience: 10+ Years
What You'll Do:
✅ Lead end-to-end collections across early, late, legal, and recovery stages
✅ Drive portfolio performance and improve recovery rates
✅ Build scalable, data-driven collections strategies
✅ Lead large collections teams and manage agency/vendor relationships
✅ Ensure compliance with RBI Digital Lending Guidelines and industry best practices
✅ Partner with Credit, Risk, Product, Operations, Legal, and Technology teams to drive business growth
We're Looking For:
✔️ 10+ years of collections leadership experience in an NBFC, FinTech, or Digital Lending organization
✔️ Strong expertise in Short-Term Personal Loans (STPL) or unsecured lending portfolios (Mandatory)
✔️ Proven experience leading large-scale collections operations
✔️ Deep understanding of digital, telephonic, field, and legal collections
✔️ Hands-on experience with LOS, LMS, CRM, dialers, and collections management systems
