The Role
We're hiring a Head of Learning Products to own PRAGRA's entire learning portfolio — from market strategy to launch to measurable business impact. This is not a traditional instructional-design role.
You'll set the product vision, translate market demand into competency-based learning pathways, and launch enterprise academies that move real business metrics. Working at the intersection of education, engineering, and AI, you'll partner with enterprise customers, instructors, AI specialists, and product teams to build best-in-class technical training.

What You'll Own
Product strategy. Define the learning product roadmap and own its P&L. Prioritize new academies — AI, Cloud, Software Engineering, Data, DevOps, Cybersecurity, and Leadership — based on market demand, customer feedback, and industry trends.
Curriculum & learning architecture. Lead the creation and continuous improvement of programs across the full technology stack — from AI Engineering, Generative AI, and AI Agents to Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), DevOps, Kubernetes, Platform & Data Engineering, Java/Spring Boot, Python, Full-Stack, QA Automation, and Cybersecurity, through to Product, Leadership, and Enterprise Architecture. Design the connective tissue: learning paths, skill trees, competency frameworks, certification tracks, role-based journeys, capstones, assessments, and hands-on AI-powered labs.
Enterprise learning solutions. Partner directly with enterprise customers to design workforce transformation programs, AI upskilling initiatives, leadership academies, internal bootcamps, and graduate, new-hire, and career-transition academies.
AI-powered experiences. Work hand-in-hand with Perfectum.ai to embed AI across the learning journey — AI tutors and course assistants, quiz and assignment generation, skill assessments, adaptive learning, personalized paths, and AI learning analytics.
Full product lifecycle. Own each product end to end: market research, customer discovery, requirements, launch, pricing, iteration, and retirement — measured against clear KPIs.
Instructor enablement. Standardize teaching methodologies, build instructor guides and facilitator kits, and launch an instructor certification program that raises delivery quality through regular review and coaching.
Learning analytics. Turn data into decisions — tracking completion, engagement, assessment scores, skill progression, certification success, satisfaction, placement outcomes, time-to-competency, and enterprise ROI.
Cross-functional leadership. Collaborate closely with Enterprise Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Engineering, the AI team, instructors, mentors, product designers, and the leadership team.
What You Bring
• 8+ years in learning product management, EdTech product, technical training, or workforce development.
• A track record designing technical learning programs for enterprise customers.
• Strong grounding in software engineering, cloud, AI, or data engineering — enough to earn the trust of technical instructors and customers.
• Experience building competency-based learning frameworks and managing multiple products simultaneously.
• A data-driven mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Nice to have: corporate L&D, technical bootcamps, SaaS or Agile product management, enterprise LMS platforms, instructional design, certification programs, and learning analytics. Hands-on familiarity with AWS/Azure/GCP, Kubernetes, Java, Python, React, DevOps, and Generative AI/LLMs is a strong plus.
