As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Billing & POS Operations professional who can take ownership of billing operations, cash management, POS processes, and the overall checkout experience.
Role Overview
The Billing & POS Operations Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day billing operations, ensuring transaction accuracy, handling cash and reconciliation, supervising cashier operations, and maintaining compliance with internal financial and operational processes.
The ideal candidate should have strong retail billing/POS experience, excellent numerical accuracy, leadership skills, and the ability to manage operations efficiently during high-volume periods.
What You Will Own
- Manage end-to-end billing and POS operations.
- Handle cash management, reconciliation, and daily closing procedures.
- Supervise cashier teams and manage shift planning.
- Handle refunds, exchanges, and billing-related escalations.
- Ensure accuracy in invoices, payments, receipts, and documentation.
- Monitor billing counters and ensure smooth customer checkout.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, accounts, and management teams.
- Maintain proper billing records and transaction documentation.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, finance policies, and audit requirements.
- Identify billing discrepancies and take corrective action promptly.

Who Thrives in This Role
- 3–6 years of experience in retail billing/POS operations.
- 5+ years of retail experience preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in cash management preferred.
- Graduate qualification required; B.Com preferred.
- Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
- Hands-on experience with POS/billing systems.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and financial transactions.
- Strong cash-handling and reconciliation skills.
- Ability to supervise and coordinate cashier teams.
- Comfortable working under pressure during peak business hours.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making ability.
